Welcome to the Revolution in Education!
At E2 Young Engineers Central Mississauga We are passionate about engineering! We want to share this passion with the children by giving them an opportunity to learn and explore their world through playing.
E² Young Engineers provides enrichment programs that focus on learning through play for children 4 years old and older.
Children are provided the chance to explore science and engineering outside their normal curriculum-based classroom activities, since we believe that children learn best through activities that engage their curiosity and creativity.
Each session provides theoretical knowledge and practical implementation in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) through the use of Kid K’nexer® and Lego® bricks. Our unique method incorporates stories, experiments and demonstrations that are specially designed to deliver a multi-sensory experience. In this way, the learning experience is enhanced and made more memorable.
We help improve and develop crucial kills for academic success as well as for survival in today’s fast moving and competitive environment:
•Social and emotional skills ( patience, teamwork, communication, resilience and persistence)
•Self-confidence and self-esteem
•Fine motor skills
• Organization, self-discipline
•Ability to analyze engineering process – nurturing an interest in how things work and how to fix things when they don’t work (problem solving and critical thinking)

FULL DAY CAMP from 9:00 am till 5:00 pm—Lunch and snacks will be provided.
Using LEGO® parts and LEGO® WeDo graphic programming to build robots, Robot Bricks enrichment program participants learn software engineering, technology, entrepreneurship and math (STEM).
During each lesson, students will assemble a robot that will preform a predetermined task. Constructing these robots will develop each student’s ability to create computer algorithms and capability to implement those computed codes. Each student will design a software and mechanical engineering project.
Suitable for: 4th-6th grade
Average lesson duration: 60/90 minutes
- Algorithm planning
- Formulation of pseudo code
- Flow charts
- We-Do Programming
- Keyboard operations
- Sensor applications
- Calculation commands
- Gadgets and games
Robot Bricks also introduces students to realistic professional skills and the world of entrepreneurship. We teach our participants about market study, product page, how Google works, Microsoft Power Point, rhetorical methods.
